Pracuję zmianowo i od lat mam problem z zasypianiem przy zmianie trybu. Po miesiącu z Sleep+ faktycznie zasypiam szybciej, nawet gdy przekładam godziny snu. Mniej pobudek w środku nocy. Zostaje u mnie na stałe.

Skład sensowny - ashwagandha jako adaptogen + męczennica + wiśnia. Efekty są wyraźne dopiero po 6-8 tygodniach regularnego stosowania, nie da się tego przyspieszyć ani pominąć. Ważne żeby nie poddawać się po tygodniu. Za to jakość ekstraktów widać - cena odpowiada składnikom, nie chodzi o markę.

Brałam wcześniej różne melatoniny, ta jest zdecydowanie najlepsza. Ashwagandha dodatkowo redukuje poranne zmęczenie. Zasypiam w 15-20 min, śpię spokojnie do rana.
