After a month of using Lutein, I can write about my observations about this supplement. Well, before using it I could not see well from a distance, I had a foggy vision and my head would spin when, for example, on a walk I wanted to look straight ahead. I always walked with my eyes directed at my feet. After supplementation, the dizziness stopped, I have no fog and my vision has improved. i am pleasantly surprised. i will definitely continue to supplement.
