Did the product not meet your expectations? When you buy a physical product, you have 14 days from receiving it to withdraw from the contract concluded online in the Viloway store. Use the form below and, after you confirm it, we will send confirmation of receiving your statement to the e-mail address you provide.

How to make a return in a few simple steps?

  1. For a physical product, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to inform us that you are withdrawing from the contract and want to return the purchased products. For other contracts, the deadline is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
  2. Send your statement using the form below. Enter the order number and the products the return concerns.
  3. Po złożeniu formularza wyślemy wiadomość z potwierdzeniem przyjęcia zgłoszenia albo informacją o odmowie oraz z instrukcją dalszych kroków. Dla sprawniejszej obsługi rekomendujemy odesłanie produktów po otrzymaniu tej wiadomości, żeby przesyłka mogła zostać poprawnie powiązana ze zgłoszeniem.
  4. After receiving the instructions, send the products back at your own cost to: Viloway Sp. z o.o., ul. Lasowicka 127, 42-620 Nakło Śląskie, Poland.
  5. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.
  6. Pack the product so that it is not damaged in transit. If possible, use the original shipping packaging.

Provide the order number or other data that helps identify the purchase, such as the e-mail address used for the order, payment confirmation, invoice, receipt or account history. If such documentation is missing, additional verification may be required.

This form concerns the consumer right of withdrawal under the store terms and applicable law. It does not limit other ways of submitting a withdrawal statement.
