ColonActiv is a dietary supplement containing dietary fiber, which plays an important role in proper nutrition.

It includes four strains of beneficial bacteria that positively affect the digestive system.

ColonActiv supports intestinal peristalsis and aids digestion.
Additionally, it contributes to building a healthy intestinal barrier and helps regulate bowel function.

1-2 capsules a day, swallow with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet

Ingredients per serving (1 capsule):

Lactobacillus acidophilus – 2.5 billion CFU (10⁹)
Lactobacillus casei subsp. rhamnosus – 2.6 billion CFU (10⁹)
Bifidobacterium bifidum – 2.6 billion CFU (10⁹)
Streptococcus thermophilus – 2.2 billion CFU (10⁹)
Psyllium seeds (Plantago afra) – 100 mg
Defatted golden flax seeds (Linum flavum) – 100 mg
Apple fiber – 100 mg
Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) extract DER 8:1 – 100 mg
Zinc (as zinc lactate) – 20 mg

Store at room temperature, out of sunlight, out of reach of small children.

I highly recommend I had trouble that bloating after two days I already felt that my stomach is less bloated. And I do not feel hunger after a meal for a long time I am full and I do not have a desire for sweets even coffee does not taste sweet to me I always use it on an empty stomach.

I bought the product because of the inflammation of my stomach, which was caused by helicobacter pylori bacteria. I underwent antibiotic therapy, as many as 12 capsules a day for a period of 14 days. My intestines felt it a lot. Problems from the intestinal tract appeared. Colon biota for only a week and it is much better. For sure this product will stay with me for a long time. Monika
