I recommend this product because it helped me with very painful and heavy periods. After my 2nd pregnancy my periods could last 7 days, my stomach hurt terribly for a week, they were old and heavy which made me bear them very badly. You could say that I was up to no good. After using the first pack my periods shortened to 5 days, they were less abundant and less painful.
