Bardzo polecam miałam kłopot ,że wzdęciami po dwóch dniach już czułam ,że mój brzuch jest mniej wzdęty. I nie odczuwam głodu po posiłku dłuższy czas jestem najedzona i nie mam ochoty na słodycze nawet kawa mi nie smakuje słodka stosuje zawsze na czczo.
