Collagen Liposome+ is not a regular collagen supplement. It is an advanced formula in which 48% of its composition consists of sunflower-seed–derived phospholipids - natural molecules that form liposomes, acting as microscopic carriers of active ingredients.

Recommended intake: 5 g (1 level teaspoon) daily, dissolved in a glass of lukewarm water (approx. 200 ml, temperature about 20-30°C). Water that is too hot may damage the delicate liposome structures.

Best time to take it: In the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal for optimal absorption. Phospholipids are absorbed best on an empty stomach.

Course duration: We recommend at least a 3-month cycle to achieve visible results in the areas of:
