Sometimes we receive reports from you about parcels arriving in terrible condition...

We want to clearly show you how we pack every shipment:
· grey cardboard box
· branded tape with our logo
· if the package contains glass - we attach a "Fragile" sticker to the box

If your package looks different - wrapped in foil, sealed with unfamiliar tape, crushed or placed in a different box - it most likely means the courier company (e.g., DPD) repackaged it after it was damaged during transit.

In such cases, please:
· open the parcel in the presence of the courier
· fill out a damage report
· or refuse to accept the delivery
