• Step 1. Shake the bottle gently (the formula contains oil that separates slightly) and saturate a cotton pad – do not skimp, the pad should be visibly wet.
• Step 2. Hold the pad on the closed eye for 5-10 seconds so the babassu oil dissolves the mascara and eyeliner. Do not rub – this is key, so the thin eyelid skin is not irritated.
• Step 3. Gently sweep the makeup off lids and lashes, moving from the inner to the outer corner. If needed, repeat with the other side of the pad.
• Step 4. With the same or a fresh pad, wipe the rest of the face, neck and behind the ears, until the pad comes away clean.
• Step 5. Do not rinse – the fluid keeps caring for the skin. Then move on to step 2 of the ritual: Blue Cloud Foam No. 2.
• Frequency: Use every evening; in the morning only if you slept with SPF or a night cream that you want to remove thoroughly before skincare.
• Pro tip: In summer keep the bottle in the fridge – chilled fluid additionally reduces morning eyelid puffiness and gives a fresh feeling on tired skin.
• Position in the ritual: Step 1 of 7. Before: nothing (this is the start). After: Blue Cloud Foam No. 2, toner, serum, elixir.

Key actives and how they work:

• Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Callus Culture Extract – bitter orange stem cells. In vitro studies show they restore skin elasticity to its level 12 years ago. We chose this active as the common denominator of the entire Luovi Touch line, so the anti-aging effect starts already with the first step.
• Euphrasia Officinalis Extract (eyebright) – traditionally used in natural eye care. Soothes conjunctival redness, reduces puffiness and calms the skin after a long day with contact lenses or in front of a screen.
• Borago Officinalis Leaf Extract (borage) – rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), calms irritation and strengthens the lipid barrier of the thin eyelid skin.
• Spirulina Platensis Extract – complex of vitamins (A, C, E, B), minerals and amino acids. Oxygenates, nourishes and adds life to the skin – great for tired, grey complexions.
• Sodium Hyaluronate – low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. Penetrates deeper than classic hyaluronan and binds water in the skin – essential so that cleansing does not dry the skin out.
• Babassu Oil Glycereth-8 Esters – babassu oil derivative with a micelle-like structure. Dissolves waterproof makeup by surrounding mascara and foundation particles, but unlike pure oil, leaves no greasy film.
• Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum + Hydrolyzed Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum – plant tightening film, gives a subtle lifting effect on the thin eyelid skin as the fluid dries down.
• Gluconolactone (PHA) – a gentle polyhydroxy acid, mildly exfoliates the surface (dead cells from makeup) while strengthening the barrier – much milder than AHA or BHA.

Store at 5°C to 28°C, away from direct sunlight, heat sources. May be kept in the fridge for a cooling effect. After opening use within 12 months (PAO 12M – open-jar symbol on the packaging) – the formula with botanical extracts retains its activity when properly closed.

Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product (check the full INCI in the „Composition” tab). Before first use we recommend a patch test: apply a small amount to the inner elbow and wait 24 h. The product is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid contact with mucous membranes and the inside of the eye – in case of contact, rinse with plenty of cool water. In case of redness, itching or stinging – stop use, wash the skin with cool water, apply a soothing cream (e.g. with panthenol) and observe for 48 h. Contact-lens wearers – use after removing the lenses. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
